By registering and participating, the participant agrees to the following:

• Non-Refundable Fee
  The registration/participation fee is 100% non-refundable under all circumstances. No refund will be provided for change of mind, non-participation, disqualification, or any other reason.
  
  
• Maximum Liability – ₹999/-
  In the worst-case scenario (including but not limited to cancellation, postponement, or modification of the contest), the maximum amount the company may refund or compensate is limited to ₹999/- per participant only.
  Under no circumstances will the company be liable to pay more than ₹999/- to any participant.
  
  
• Judges’ Decision
  The judges’ decision will be final and binding on all participants. No requests for changes, reviews, or disputes regarding results will be entertained.
  
  
• Defamation & Misconduct
  If any participant tries to defame, insult, or negatively impact the name or reputation of the contest, company, judges, team, or associated persons (online or offline), the company reserves the right to:
  Immediately remove/disqualify the participant from the contest, and
  Take any further action it deems appropriate.
  No refund or compensation will be given in such cases.
  
  
• Flexible Dates & Schedule
  The dates of the contest, result announcement, shoots, and album/video release are flexible and may be changed, postponed, or extended at any time as per the company’s decision. Will be notified on your respective WhatsApp number.
  Participants agree that such changes will not be a ground for any claim, refund (beyond the limit mentioned above), or dispute.
  
  
• Acceptance of Terms
  By making the payment and submitting the registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
